You can buy tickets online, over the phone by calling the box office, in person during box office hours, or at the door! Regular box office hours are Tuesdays and Wednesdays 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Thursdays 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM, and two hours prior to event start time. (Hours may change during holidays.) Why do you have online service fees?
Our online service fees cover part of the overhead costs of staffing and running a box office, ticket stock, ticketing software and credit card processing fees, box office equipment, etc. We try our best to keep these fees as low as possible!
Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
We do sell tickets at the door but always recommend you purchase ahead of time! Our best seats sell early.
Can I leave the facility during a public event and come back in?
Re-entry is not permitted. Patrons who exit the venue for any reason, including to smoke, will not be allowed to re-enter the venue.
Do I need to bring an ID?
Yes! Patrons may be required to enter through a security and ID checkpoint.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
It is! There is a ramp on the northeast side of the building off the parking lot. When you get here, ring the doorbell and a staff member will assist. The ADA lift brings patrons to the Main Level, the Library Level, and the Lower Ballroom Level.
Do you have a group discount?
We offer 10% off to groups of 10 or more! Group sales aren’t available online so be sure to visit or call the box office to purchase tickets for your group.
Can I reserve the entire VIP Balcony?
The 32 Balcony and Ghost Light Balcony are available for private purchase for the face value of 20 balcony seats, plus a flat fee that includes your very own bartender and amazing views of the stage!
Will the VIP balcony bars be open?
This varies from show-to-show. Call the box office for the most up to date information!
What is your ticket refund policy?
All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in the case of cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled events.
Can I give my ticket to a friend if I can’t make it to the event?
Yes, but please be aware that once a ticket barcode is scanned, it is no longer valid for entry. To avoid duplicate tickets, be sure to only receive or purchase transferred tickets from a trusted friend.
Can I bring my kids?
Most of our events are family friendly! We do not have an age restriction unless specifically posted on the event listing.

No outside food or beverage is permitted. We do have bars where you can purchase both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages! There is no food available for purchase at this time.

Masks, proof of vaccination, and negative COVID tests are not required at this time. We follow safety guidelines set by the CDC, State of Illinois, and local health departments so this is subject to change.
